How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Catchshall Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Catchshall Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Catchshall Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@catchshall.property and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean talking to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
